This past weekend Chemco was honored to support the Third Annual Ride for Mom, an event aimed at raising awareness and support for victims of domestic violence. Brennan and Ken were representing Team Chemco in full leathers to lend their support!
All proceeds raised support the Edmonton Domestic Violence Shelters Engage group, six organizations under their umbrella support women, children, and seniors who are victims of domestic violence. Even though the event has come and gone, it’s never too late to make a donation.
The Fourth Annual Ride for Mom will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2020, where riders will gather again to raise awareness and funds to help stop domestic violence. Mark your calendars!
Note: Edmonton Domestic Violence Shelters Engage (EDVSE) is comprised of representatives from six Edmonton-based organizations that advocate for survivors of domestic violence, for their organizations, and for the sheltering response: La Salle, Lurana Shelter Society, WIN House, Wings of Providence, Sage Seniors Safe House, and the Alberta Council of Women’s Shelters.
